Customer Experience Is Everyone’s Business

This blog post got me a job. True story.

When interviewing for a position as a Content Marketing Manager at a tech company, the hiring manager asked me to do a sample piece for their blog. How much did I know about the industry? Zilch. Zero. Nada. But I powered through and delivered this piece on how marketing can contribute to customer experience success in the telecom industry.
